Exhibition Opening 

With these objects, I was looking for the play in the relationship between real and virtual space. In this series, with the fracture, the plane of the image ceases to remain flat and becomes a space, so that the imagined and painted space is part of real space. Depending on the lighting, the image is not fixed, its appearance changes respectively; its view is accordingly arbitrary, there is no bottom or top. The concept of the frontal view also loses its significance, and movement becomes a more effective means of approach. Ultimately, we become the plaything of the balance tilted between our knowledge and our experience. The exhibition at Három Hét Gallery, on show until 24 May 2022, has been expanded by four new works, compared to the one of the same title at the Liszt Institute in Sofia in December 2021.
